Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using FlexOra. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FlexOra.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FlexOra ("FlexOra", "we", "us"). If you are using FlexOra on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
By clicking "Create account", you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
FlexOra is a cloud-based business management platform providing CRM, appointment scheduling, invoicing, sales pipeline management, social media automation, and AI-powered insights for service businesses.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We will provide reasonable advance notice for material changes that adversely affect your use.
3. Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@flex-ora.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or register under a false identity.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required.
Paid Plans: After the trial, fees are charged in advance monthly or annually. All fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment: Processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize charges to your payment method.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Takes effect at end of current billing period; no pro-rata refunds.
Grace Period: 7-day grace period to update payment details on payment failure before access is restricted.
Price Changes: At least 30 days' notice before price increases. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlexOra to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in unauthorized marketing
- Send WhatsApp or email messages to recipients without explicit opt-in consent
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Scrape data, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Service
- Process illegal content or facilitate illegal transactions
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt prompt injection or extract other users' data from AI features
- Resell or sub-license the Service without written permission
We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without refund.
6. Your Data
Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you input into FlexOra. You grant FlexOra a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.
Data Processing: For your clients' personal data, FlexOra acts as a data processor. See our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Export: Export your data at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Security → Export My Data.
Deletion: Upon termination, data is retained 90 days for recovery, then permanently deleted. Financial records are retained 7 years as required by law.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to input personal data into FlexOra.
7. Intellectual Property
FlexOra and all its components are the exclusive property of FlexOra and its licensors. These Terms grant you only the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
You grant FlexOra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.
8. AI-Powered Features
AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API and are provided as-is. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. FlexOra is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs.
Do not input sensitive data (credit card numbers, government IDs, medical records) into AI prompts.
9. Third-Party Integrations
FlexOra integrates with Stripe, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, WhatsApp, Google, and Microsoft. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. FlexOra is not responsible for third-party actions or data practices.
WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You must obtain explicit opt-in consent from recipients before sending WhatsApp messages via FlexOra.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLEXORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEXORA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLEXORA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100. FLEXORA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlexOra and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of third-party rights; or (d) client data you input into the Service.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account via Dashboard → Settings → Security → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate for violation of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment.
Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Israel. EU consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
